A-Z MultiVitality multivitamin: a multivitamin complex, with vitamin A and C to support your immune system, vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 to reduce tiredness and fatigue, and calcium, magnesium and a vegan source of vitamin D to maintain healthy bones, teeth and muscles.

Omega 3 algal oil: our capsules contain 280mg total omega 3 fatty acids from a pure, environmentally friendly and non-GMO marine microflora source. Our micro-algal oil can help keep your body levels of DHA and EPA topped-up to maintain brain, eye and heart health*.

Live cultures capsule: containing five billion ‘friendly’ bacteria from three carefully selected strains.

*The beneficial effect for brain and eyes is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. The beneficial effect for heart is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.

Swallow one multivitamin tablet, one vegan omega 3 capsule and one pro live culture capsule daily with water.
