Whether you’re exercising, travelling long distances or new to a hot climate, dehydration is a silent enemy. It can occur when you’re not getting enough fluids, and the symptoms can very quickly become dangerous. That’s why O.R.S have developed a soluble tablet containing a scientifically balanced mixture of electrolytes, glucose and essential minerals for you to restore your body with.

O.R.S hydration tablets come in a delicious blackcurrant flavour. Simply drop a tablet into a glass or bottle of water and enjoy. With these handy tablets you’ll find dehydration symptoms (such as headache and dry mouth) quickly disappear, allowing you to continue your activity safely and without a worry.

1. Add 2 tablets to 200ml drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required).

Adults and children aged 6:

1. Drink 200ml of solution each time the body’s fluid level needs to be maintained.

Children aged under 6 years:

1. Drink 10ml of solution per kg of body weight each time the body’s fluid level needs to be maintained.

Please consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have diabetes, or are on a low sodium or potassium diet. DO NOT USE if you have intestinal obstruction or problems with your liver or kidney function.

Do not store prepared O.R.S solution for more than 8 hours outside a refrigerator. If refrigerated, the solution may be stored for up to 24 hours.

Taking more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Food supplements should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet.

Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours and children should not use more than 10 tablets in 24 hours in accordance with the instructions.
