What is Benadyl Allergy Relief capsules for?

Benadryl Allergy Relief contains an antihistamine called acrivastine, it helps provide relief from allergy and hay fever symptoms. This medicine also provides relief from the symptoms of urticaria (hives and itchy skin rash).

Relieves:

• Itchy, watery eyes
• Runny nose
• Sneezing
• Skin allergies

How should you take Benadyl Allergy Relief capsules?

Dosage: For oral use.

Age: Adults and children 12 – 65 years old

Dose: Take one capsule up to three times a day. Do not take more than 3 doses in 24 hours

• Do not drink grapefruit juice while taking Benadryl Allergy Relief.
• Benadryl Allergy Relief may cause drowsiness and dizziness. Caution should be used when driving or operating machinery.
• If this product makes you feel drowsy or dizzy, do not drive or operate machinery. This product should not be taken whilst under the influence of alcohol.
• As with all antihistamines, it is advisable to avoid excessive alcohol consumption when taking this medicine.
• This product contains lactose. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine
• Ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Do not take if:

• If you have ever had a bad reaction to any of the ingredients, or to the antihistamine triprolidine.
• If you have severe kidney disease
